Uniquely to us, we offer a completely free retrieval service should you need a box or even just a file out of store. This can sometimes be carried out the same day, but will be guaranteed to be done within 24 hours. Once retrieved, the file can be collected by yourself or we can arrange to deliver at a nominal cost.
Some documents remain in store for many years (as they have to be kept by law). At the end of this period we offer a confidential destruction service (see our confidential waste destruction page) which is carried out in house and avoids the need to return outdated files to you
