Document Storage & Management

 Company Moves offer a comprehensive Document Storage and Management service.

We can collect the boxes and store them for as long as necessary.All boxes are logged when they are received at the warehouse so that we know at all times exactly what is in store for each customer. Once the boxes are in store they can be added to or reduced whenever the need arises. Storage charges are calculated on the volume of boxes in store each week and so can be increased or reduced should boxes be moved in or out at any time.

We offer a free retrieval service for either full boxes or individual files which we can then deliver or leave here for collection by each customer.  There is a nominal charge for each collection or delivery if we are asked to provide this service.

A lot of documents have to be kept for a certain number of years and when this period has expired we can then return them to each customer or alternatively we can offer a confidential destruction service where each document is shredded.
